All delivery costs will be confirmed on quotation or proforma invoice before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times depend on:

Delivery location and logistics scheduling
A confirmed delivery timeframe will be provided after payment and order confirmation.
Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our branch:

Customers will be notified when goods are ready for pickup.
Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before dispatch or collection.
No goods will be released for delivery without confirmed payment.

Adequate offloading space and assistance if required
Nutec Suppliers & Hardware will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to poor site access or unsafe conditions.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Customers must inspect goods immediately and report any shortages or damages within 24 hours.
